This exclusive Bali Blue Organic Certified coffee has a med-dark roast, producing a delicious tasting profile with dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar notes. It's cultivated from smallholder farmers in Indonesia's Kintamani region, with Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varietals grown at 1,200 to 1,600 meters of elevation on volcanic loam soil. The beans are carefully hand-picked and wet-hulled, and then dried on raised beds.
